Qualifications

  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing Customer Success or Consulting teams.
  • Strong experience in identifying and solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the customer’s high touch post-sales transformation.
  • Act as the team leader for the Impact Squad of Customer Success Managers and other roles.
  • Align ServiceNow offerings to customer goals and drive adoption.
