Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identifying customer challenges and requirements. Deliver holistic solutions and compelling value propositions utilizing all KM products and services to meet their needs.
  2. Conduct comprehensive account analysis, including white space analysis, to uncover untapped opportunities.
  3. Generate and nurture sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings, written communication, and telephone engagement.
  4. Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across all product lines, solutions, and services.
  5. Demonstrate expertise in managing large accounts, cross-selling, and fostering a team-selling environment. Effectively engage in meaningful conversations with C-level executives.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level contacts across business units within assigned accounts.
  7. Develop winning strategies for major RFPs within the industry and ensure active participation.
  8. Provide excellent post-sales support to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  9. Submit timely reports to management, including updates on sales performance, pipelines, and account activities.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or higher qualifications.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
