Responsibilities
  • Follow up with all inquiries from phone calls, social media platforms, emails, etc.
  • Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection.
  • Respond to service challenges.
  • Establish new leads and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives.
  • Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives.
  • Other ad-hoc work tasks/projects as required or assigned.
Qualifications
  • An engaging personality and the desire to go the extra mile to service potential customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
  • Competent verbal & reasonably good written communication skills (English).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, diverse and customer‑centric environment.
