Job Responsibilities

Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design unit and lesson plans that align with PSLE writing composition standards.

Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, clear, and effective lessons to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations.

Assessment & Grading: Create quizzes, tests, projects, and exams. Evaluate student work, provide meaningful feedback, paper marking and assign grades.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements (via emails, phone calls, parent‑teacher conferences, and report cards).

Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including attendance records, feedback records, exam records.

Requirements

Academic / Professional Background (At least ONE of the following):

• MOE teaching experience is an advantage
• Degree or qualification in TESOL, Linguistics, English Language, Education
• Experience teaching Cambridge English / TESOL
