General Overview

1. Basic Salary: $4000 to $700 + Bonus


2. Working Location: East


3. Working Schedule: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends | 12:30pm to 9:15pm & 9:00am to 6:00pm; 5 Weekdays + 1 Weekend | 12:30pm to 9:15pm & 9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities

1. Conduct English Classes: Deliver well-structured and interactive lessons to students according to the curriculum.


2. Assess and Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student understanding through quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress.


3. Individualised Support: Offer additional support to students who may require extra assistance, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.


4. Maintain a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and a love for learning.


5. Collaborate with Parents and Colleagues: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies.


6. Stay Updated on Educational Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in English education.

Qualifications
