WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENGINEERING MANAGER TO JOIN US!

Your job scope:

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, scope, and expectations.
• Present technical solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct component selection, simulation, prototyping, and feasibility studies.
• Continuously improve development workflows and productivity.
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews, skill development planning, and career progression.
• Promote a positive engineering culture focused on quality, learning, and ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Have experience in the high‑tech domains such as semicon, analytical and medical. You are eager to enhance this expertise and gain more experience within these domains.
• Have proven competence with various development methods and technologies.
• Act as an engineering manager in a team of 5 to 10 persons and good at people management.
• Good communication skills, working directly with international clients and employees.
• Good problem solving and have growth mindset.
• Be used to working in a dynamic and environment with fast‑changing priorities, parallel projects, and various stakeholders with probably conflicting interests.
