Job description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Mechanical and Electrical or Chemical Engineer to support the formulation and testing of catalyst inks used in Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, quality control, and close collaboration with the sales team to ensure product performance meets customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about clean energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, formulate, and optimize catalyst inks for PEM fuel cell applications.
• Conduct material testing.
• Perform routine quality control including rheology, coating, drying, and cell performance validation, and ensure consistent product quality for test results; prepare technical reports and maintain formulation records.
• Collaborate with production and process engineers to scale up successful formulations.
• Support sales and customer service teams by addressing technical inquiries and providing technical support.
• Document and analyze data to ensure product performance meets customer expectations.
• Participate in customer trials, product presentations, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist in meeting all project timelines and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and safe lab environment in compliance with company standards.
