Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities role.
• Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional or Singapore Certified Energy Manager.
• At least 2 years managing air-conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities maintenance operations of ACMV and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance issues.
• Lead energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives.
