Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 or more years related experience in Technology Administration.
• Enterprise desktop support experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for client platforms including incident management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
