Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Set clear performance goals and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and morale.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Promote product lines.
• Develop and execute in-store sales campaigns and cross‑promotions.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
• Ensure all products are well‑presented.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and awareness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and mall authorities for events.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management on store performance.
