Job summary

A leading energy company in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to manage a team focused on electrical services and facilities management. The successful candidate will plan and execute maintenance programmes, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Electrical maintenance or Facilities Management.
  • Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
  • LEW qualification is an added advantage.

  • Manage and lead a team in facility management and operation of assigned buildings.
  • Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance programmes.

  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of technical officers, supervisors, technicians and contractors in facility management and operation of assigned buildings/estate
  • Plan and execution of corrective or preventive maintenance programme.
  • Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
  • Provide excellent service to meet client expectations.
  • Achieve effective, economic and safe operations of all Electrical Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians.
  • Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular inspection of existing Electrical installation to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
  • Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in Electrical maintenance work or Facilities Management.
  • Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experience
  • LEW qualification is an added advantage
  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services' faults
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
