Job summary

A manufacturing technology company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Electrical Control Engineer/Assistant Engineer to design and develop automation machines. This role involves electrical control system design, and onsite support for machine testing and setup, as well as collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have an ITE/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and some experience in machine control electrical design. Skills in Auto drafting and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Auto drafting for electrical schematic.

Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Electrical Control Engineer/Assistant engineer working in a multi-discipline team to design and develop automation machines for various manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Electrical control system design includes sourcing of hardware for automation machine
• Electrical schematic wiring and IO assignment
• Electrical wiring work
• Software testing and debugging
• Onsite support for machine setup and testing
• Create machine operation and maintenance manual
• Conduct training for internal and external customers
• Onsite support is required

Requirements

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum few years of experience in machine control electrical design and development
• Knowledge in Auto drafting for electrical schematic
• Understand Electrical Design
• Knowledge in Microsoft excel, power point will be advantage
• Knowledge in control of motors (such as stepper, servo, DC, AC motors)
• Knowledge in using of sensors (such as present sensors, measurement sensors)
• Willing to learn new skills
• Good team player
