Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet enrolment or revenue targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing small teams and external partners to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Exposure to overseas recruitment markets, preferably China and/or Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual student recruitment targets across various programmes.
  • Manage admissions and marketing functions to optimize enrolment outcomes.
  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team to enhance performance.
  • Execute overseas recruitment activities and manage relationships with education agents.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns to ensure effective budget utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with EduTrust and regulatory requirements.
