Job description

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive online growth across South East Asia (SEA) and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ). This role will be accountable for revenue generation, digital channel optimization, and the management of key marketplaces and eStores.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • GMV and overall revenue growth
  • Traffic and conversion rate performance
  • ROAS and marketing efficiency
  • Product availability, fulfilment accuracy, and customer experience metrics
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy for SEA and ANZ markets
  • Manage major marketplaces including Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon Australia, as well as brand eStores
  • Oversee DTC website performance, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
  • Lead campaign planning, promotional calendars, and joint business planning initiatives
  • Optimize product listings, content quality, pricing strategies, and search visibility
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketplace advertising
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and regional teams to drive execution
  • Ensure consistent brand presence and high-quality content across all digital platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce within SEA and/or ANZ markets
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, DTC operations, and digital marketing channels
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Power BI
  • Excellent commercial, analytical, and communication skills
