E-commerce Executive roles involve managing and optimizing online sales channels, encompassing responsibilities like website management, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Platform experience: Shopee, Shopify and own D2C websites etc

Real sales and real life campaign experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Website and platform management: Ensuring the e-commerce site is functional, secure, and user-friendly, including managing product listings, images, and descriptions.
  • Digital marketing and sales: Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), email, and social media to drive traffic and sales.
  • Customer experience: Optimizing the customer journey, handling customer service escalations, and implementing loyalty programs to improve satisfaction.
  • Operations and fulfillment: Coordinating with logistics, demand planning, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely order delivery.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Monitoring key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV), analyzing sales data, and creating reports with actionable insights for business growth.
  • Strategy and planning: Developing and executing the overall e-commerce strategy, setting sales goals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with other departments like sales, marketing, product development, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
