Job description

One of the oldest nurseries in Singapore, Prince's has 50 years' experience in the industry. At the international fornt, our global connections ensure that Prince's meets the needs of our customers.

We are seeking for an creative and self-initiater E-Commerce Executive. This is a newly created position to support the business growth.

Role Duties
  • Monitor and maintain online store performance
  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, pricing accuracy, and order fulfilment
  • Support business planning discussions using performance data and customer trends with weekly/monthly sales report; customer data reports with actionable insights
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfil orders and ensure service standards are met
  • Support troubleshooting and ensure backend site functionality
  • Collaborate with the marketing team during photo/video shoots (as on-screen talent or crew)
  • Assist in content ideation (e.g., UGC, reels, captions, product storytelling)
  • Create simple behind-the-scenes content and community engagement snippets
  • Support digital customer service (WhatsApp, email, and calls)
  • Escalate serious issues appropriately and follow through on resolutions
  • Monitor online reviews and customer feedback for service improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate website development and revamp initiatives with designers and developers, ensuring alignment with brand and UX standards
  • Participate in campaign planning, seasonal promotions, and web merchandising strategy
  • Stay updated on digital tools, platform features, and emerging e-commerce innovations
Candidate profile
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or online marketing
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and structured thinking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a added advantage
