Job summary

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and executing electrical and instrumentation maintenance work to ensure safe operations. Job description

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring efficient and safe operations..း

  • Plan & execute the maintenance and engineering work activities related to Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) to achieve safe and stable plant operation.
  • Support the engineering and minor modification works on E&I aspects.
  • Contribute to maintenance cost rationalization and achieve cost savings on the yearly plant maintenance budget.
  • Learn and develop proficiency in all the technical and functional aspects of plant maintenance, including electrical equipment, process control systems, instruments and their maintenance methods, maintenance planning and scheduling, and maintenance resource management.
  • Plan and develop an effective maintenance work plan, including documents such as equipment technical specifications and drawings, maintenance work activity lists, for executing shutdown maintenance work safely, with good quality and within schedule and budget.
  • Lead and manage different groups of tradesmen from diverse technical competencies and backgrounds (in‑house and external ad‑hoc contractors) to execute maintenance work activities safely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Respond to unknown or urgent plant equipment situations, diagnose potential causes, and develop immediate countermeasure actions to stabilize or improve the situation.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation / maintenance related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the functionality of electrical equipment, process control systems, and instruments commonly used in process plants (e.g., AC motors, control valves, analyzers, process measuring instruments, etc.).
