Job description

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to be part of our Ecommerce Team.

What will you do:

• Prepare and upload product listings, including content, for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, etc., in Singapore.
• Maintain and ensure all product information, such as pricing and inventory, is up to date and available for sale.
• Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns through web chat, phone, and email.
• Manage eCommerce customer comments and reviews on social media.
• Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Consolidate sales performance data from each platform for reporting and recommendations.
• Handle logistics-related matters and daily operations of the e-commerce business.

What it takes:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee and Lazada platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High initiative and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
