RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with customers on the shop floor.
    Demonstrate products, explaining features, benefits, and uses.
    Tailor communication to different customer types, creating a positive and personalized experience.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Gain a thorough understanding of the product line and specifications.
    Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the advantages of Robotic models.
    Answer customer questions effectively, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Feedback & Market Insights: Collect and relay real‑time customer feedback on preferences and questions to sales and marketing teams.
    Observe and report on customer trends, assisting in refining promotional and in‑store strategies.
    Provide insights on customer behavior to help improve product displays and promotional materials.
  • Display Maintenance & Merchandising: Ensure an appealing, organized, and fully stocked display area within the store.
    Update product signage, promotional materials, and assist with in‑store events.
    Maintain product cleanliness and functionality, contributing to a positive brand image.
  • Sales Targets & Inventory Assistance: Work towards individual and team sales targets, tracking and reporting daily performance.
    Assist with basic inventory management, notifying the team of replenishment needs.
    Actively promote Robotic products to achieve sales goals and enhance offline retail success.
REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Diploma holder or (No qualification candidate who had at least 2 years working expirence with E‑COMMERCE )

Knowledge or experience in e‑commerce is an added advantage.

Technically savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel and other software.

Able to handle hands‑on physical works such as packing stock for orders.

Able to work in a fast‑changing environment and multi‑task.
