We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce & Operations to join our team full-time/part-time. This role is essential to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, from online orders to in-person showroom experiences.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
• Manage and track inventory across warehouse, showroom, and online store
• Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
• Update and manage website backend (Shopify) including product listings, stock levels, and promotions
• Handle POS system and assist customers at the showroom
• Support operational logistics for events, launches, and collaborations

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics preferred
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Good with e-commerce relevant skills (Shopify/other e-commerce platforms, POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
