Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce preferred.
• Available for a 5-5.5 day work week, including minimum 2 Saturdays per month.
• Knowledge or interest in crystals is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace activities and monitor performance to optimize results.
• Create content for e-commerce sites ensuring compelling presentation.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and prompt order processing.
• Handle customer service inquiries through online platforms.
• Support daily upkeep of the studio and assist with inventory management.

Skills

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify)

Knowledge in social media (Instagram, TikTok)

Proficiency in basic tools (MS Office, Excel, Canva)

Strong initiative

Ability to work independently and within a team
