Job description

We’re looking for a passionate and data-drivenE-Commerce & Marketing professionalto take charge ofGrand Cru’s online wine shopand overseemarketing efforts for both Grand Cru and Vivino Wine Shop. You’ll manage online sales channels, drive customer acquisition and retention, and execute creative marketing campaigns that bring our wine stories to life.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of theGrand Cru online shop, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and stock accuracy.

Manage performance across allonline sales channels (Shopify, Vivino app, marketplaces, etc.) to drive sales and conversion.

Analyse traffic, conversion, and basket data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Coordinate promotions, new product launches, and online campaigns with the retail and warehouse teams.

Marketing & Communications

Develop and executemarketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO) for Grand Cru and Vivino.

Plan themarketing calendar, including seasonal promotions, collaborations, and events.

Manage creative content — product photos, videos, newsletters, and social media assets.

Work with partners, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Create reports and insights on campaign ROI and engagement metrics.

Brand & Community Engagement

Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.

Engage the Vivino and Grand Cru communities through content, loyalty initiatives, and partnerships.

Supportevent marketing, including masterclasses, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or marketing (F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong knowledge ofShopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Creative flair with an eye for branding, copywriting, and digital storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
  • Passion forwine and lifestyle brands is a big plus.
