A dynamic e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce & Livestream Operations Executive to drive online sales growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating livestream sessions, managing product listings, and analyzing sales data to enhance performance. Strong skills in e-commerce and digital marketing are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a plus.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven E-commerce & Livestream Operations Executive to support our online sales growth across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other digital platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth livestream operations, effective product planning, and strong overall performance of our e-commerce channels.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily/weekly livestream sessions.
Work closely with hosts, co-hosts, assistants, and technical crew to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare livestream scripts, product notes, talking points, and promotional mechanics.
Monitor real-time performance during livestreams and optimize engagement and conversions.
Track session results (GMV, conversion rate, viewer numbers) and propose improvements.
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and campaign setups on Shopee/TikTok.
Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfilment team to ensure accurate stock updates and timely orders.
Execute platform promotions, flash deals, and voucher strategies to boost sales.
Track performance metrics and conduct daily/weekly sales data analysis.
Work with creative teams to prepare product photos, descriptions, and marketing materials.
Ensure product information, benefits, and key selling points are updated and accurate.
Support marketing initiatives such as product launches and influencer collaborations.
Analyse traffic, conversion, and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend strategies to increase GMV, viewer engagement, and repeat customers.
Ensure all operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
Experience in e-commerce operations, livestream operations, or digital marketing preferred.
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
Good communication and coordination skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, retail/commerce-driven environment.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with internal teams and hosts.
