A leading E-Commerce company in Singapore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the digital strategy and growth across various platforms. You will oversee the full P&L, lead negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce within FMCG or beauty, alongside a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, ideally with FMCG or Beauty.
• Proven track record scaling e-commerce for brand owners.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, platforms, and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the E-Commerce P&L across all channels.
• Lead commercial negotiations with platforms and agencies.
• Spearhead growth across retailer.com, marketplaces, and social commerce.
