• Create and maintain accurate product listings on the company website and across online marketplace platforms.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketplace partners.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure pricing accuracy for all product listings.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Process purchase orders with suppliers and verify invoices for accuracy of pricing and quantity.
• Coordinate international shipping arrangements.
• Prepare monthly purchase reports.
