A leading jewellery retailer in Singapore seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the operations of its online store. Responsibilities include product management, sales performance tracking, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, proficiency in WooCommerce, and a strong understanding of digital retail environments. A detail-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential.
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Jewellery online store end-to-end — from daily operations and product management to sales performance, customer experience, and growth initiatives.
Manage day-to-day operations of JOEI’s e-Commerce store
Oversee product uploads, pricing, inventory syncing, and website updates
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and returns
Maintain site functionality, accuracy, and user experience
Drive online sales through campaigns, drops, bundles, and promotions
Track key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, sales)
Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Ensure inventory accuracy between retail and online channels
Support omnichannel initiatives (online-to-store, store fulfilment)
Coordinate closely with retail operations for launches and stock planning
Own end-to-end online customer journey
Manage customer enquiries, after-sales service, exchanges, and repairs
Improve retention, repeat purchase, and loyalty initiatives
Ensure product presentation meets brand standards
Work with content/creative teams on product photos and videos
Optimise product pages for clarity and conversion
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
Hands‑on experience managing WooCommerce (or similar CMS)
Strong understanding of online retail operations and fulfilment
Detail‑oriented, organised, and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a small, fast‑growing brand environment
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or paid ads
Photography or content familiarity
