Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator + Autocad / BIM Drafter to join their Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in coordination and drafting, proficient in Autocad and MS Office. Responsibilities include assisting with tenders, project coordination with various stakeholders, and preparation of CAD and BIM drawings. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related coordination and drafting experience.
• Good understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience with Autocad.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team with Tenders and Quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with Architect/Main Contractor/Sub Contractors.
• Draft and prepare CAD and BIM drawings.
