• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by ECDA.
• Principal - DPL/ADECL certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for overall goals and curriculum objectives.

• Responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the preschool.

• Manage all government-related matters including license maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Handle center administrative matters and enrollments.
• Prepare budget and control expenditures.
