The ideal candidate will ensure effective training delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing all related contracts. A diploma or degree along with significant experience in training management is necessary, alongside an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License. The role includes evaluating the efficacy of training sessions and staying updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant training and management experience.
• Possession of Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) is mandatory.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ALCP/ACTA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage training courses and UAV contracts.
• Be the main point of contact for contract matters.
• Deliver engaging drone training sessions.
