Job summary

Overview

To fetch clients safely to/from their home to Centre and vice versa and ensuring their safety. Support the Centre operations in transport requests such as client transfers and general dispatch work. Coordinate with Centre Manager in planning transport request services as well as transport route in general dispatch work. Ensure the vehicle is in good working and clean condition at all times using the vehicle checklist on a regular basis. Conduct general maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment, gadgets and instrument. Prepare and arrange rooms in the Centre for different functions. Report to the Centre Manager of any equipment malfunction or breakdown. Assist the Centre Manager in assets movement and labelling of assets. Assist in inventory management e.g. receiving stocks, weekly distribution of supplies. Update the Centre Manager on stock level and replenishment where required. Cover the reception duties of the Admin Assistant in his/her absence. Participate as member of the Centre’s Fire Safety Committee. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Centre Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Two rotating shifts: Morning 7am–4:30pm; Afternoon 10:30am–8pm.
  • Full-time, 5 days per week with rotation of 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday at least per month; not exceeding 44 hours per week on average.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving safety record.
  • Prior experience driving a van or large vehicle is highly advantageous.
  • Able to resolve basic repair and maintenance problems.
  • Good team player and adaptable to changes.
