Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operator to manage supply operations in a safe environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, support cargo handling, and assist in operations at Jurong Port. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be able to handle shift work and odd hours, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Competitive salary structure includes incentives and allowances.

• Ability to handle shift work and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Support the OSH program.
• Confirm product and quantity as per delivery order.
• Assist in loading/unloading supply equipment.
• Perform rigging and signaling during cargoes supply.
• Coordinate delivery purpose with Planner.
• Communicate clearly with Chief Engineer and driver.
• Submit delivery documents after completion.

Job description

• Location: Penjuru (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station)
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Working hour: 8 hours per day
• Salary: $1,800 + Allowances + Incentives + Per Trip Incentives
• Gross: $3,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Confirm nominated product and quantity as per order delivery ticket before proceeding to supply such as: Check & tally cargoes or tanker number/seal/product grade/quantity
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment and ensure all in good working condition & road worthiness before use
• Perform rigging & signaling of cargoes during vessel supply
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery purpose such as equipment faults, supply disputes
• Communication with Chief Engineer and driver is clear when executing order during supply
• Responsible to submit all delivery document that is check and endorsed after completion
• Other duties assigned by Planner
