Job Title: Delivery Driver & Staff Transport (Full-time)

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Start Date: 8 Hours: [e.g., Mon–Sat, 8:00–17:00] Salary: S$ 3150 + benefits (fuel allowance / overtime / performance bonus / CPF / insurance as applicable)

Role Summary You will be responsible for making timely deliveries of goods to customers and transporting cleaning staff between designated points (Point A to Point B) safely and professionally. The role requires a reliable, punctual driver who maintains a clean vehicle, follows routes and schedules, and provides courteous service to customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive company vehicle(s) to deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.
  • Pick up and drop off cleaners between Point A and Point B according to daily schedule.
  • Load and unload goods, secure cargo, and assist with basic handling as needed.
  • Follow delivery manifests, confirm deliveries (signatures / photos), and report completed jobs in the required system or logbook.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep; report maintenance needs or incidents promptly.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tyres, lights, oil, brakes, fuel).
  • Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and cleaning staff; report delays or issues immediately.
  • Collect cash or proof of delivery when required and issue receipts according to company policy.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as carrying supplies to sites when required.
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license for the vehicle class used (e.g., Class 3 / Class 4— specify as applicable).
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience; experience in delivery or staff transport preferred.
  • Clean driving record; no major traffic offences in the last 2 years.
  • Able to lift and carry up to [weight, e.g., 25 kg] repetitively and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer‑friendly attitude.
  • Basic smartphone skills for navigation and logging (WhatsApp, Waze, delivery app).
  • Good knowledge of local roads and shortcuts is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
  • Background check and references required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid vocational or safety training certificates (e.g., defensive driving).
  • Experience transporting staff safely and professionally.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
Working Conditions
  • Daily driving across Singapore.
  • Exposure to weather while loading/unloading.
  • May require lifting and physical activity.
