Job summary

A construction and design firm based in Singapore is seeking a professional to draft architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in glazing or aluminium, proficiency in AUTOCAD, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. This role involves collaboration with a team and performing various ad-hoc duties. A diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent required.
• Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD software is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in glazing/aluminium is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Draft architectural drawings accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings for projects.
• Assist in site coordination work when necessary.

• With knowledge of REVIT, BIM, Microstation and photoshop;
• Experience in site coordination work will be and advantage;
• Confident and able to work under pressure;
• 5.5 days work week
