Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Drafter/BIM Modeller with expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. The role involves producing shop drawings, coordinating with the site engineer, and managing all BIM-related aspects from tender to construction stage. Candidates must have at least 2 years of drafting experience and knowledge in ACMV/HVAC. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years drafting experience.
• Able to handle Revit.
• Knowledgeable in ACMV.

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. Must have knowledge in ACMV/HVAC-type of work.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and submit within stipulated time.
• Coordinate with site engineer for the update of shop drawings.
• Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.
• Coordinate the use and delivery of BIM for the Contract.
• Ensure the appropriate implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as the effective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.
• Ensure appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control.
• Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions.

Requirements

• Able to start immediately.
• Knowledgeable in ACMV.
• Able to handle Revit.
• Must have at least 2 years drafting experience.
