Job Summary
Assist in the monthly forecasts of project performance and ensure all materials and work comply with specifications to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and production of AutoCAD site drawings and sketches to secure client approvals and support installation accuracy
- Conduct site surveys to gather data for drawings, setting out, and levelling to facilitate precise installation processes
- Verify plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure accuracy of calculations and compliance with contract requirements
- Manage, monitor, and interpret contract design documents provided by clients or architects to maintain project alignment
- Coordinate with consultants, PE engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and workforce to ensure timely submissions and project progress
- Liaise with local authorities to confirm compliance with construction regulations and by-laws relevant to the project
- Engage with clients and their representatives, including architects, engineers, and surveyors, by attending regular meetings to communicate project status and updates
- Prepare and propose cost-effective material selections and requisitions to optimize project budgets
- Produce site cutting lists to support procurement and fabrication activities
- Finalize as-built drawings in collaboration with quantity surveyors to facilitate accurate final claims
- Prepare detailed reports as required to document project progress and technical issues
- Act as the main technical adviser on construction sites to resolve unexpected technical difficulties and provide guidance to subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
Required Competencies And Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with LTA & SMRT projects or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation

- Strong coordination skills demonstrated by managing multi-disciplinary teams and project stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills applied to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, authorities, and project teams
