Purpose: Oversee donor centre operation of stem cell donations from unrelated donors and ensure donor safety in the entire donation process. Manage relations with internal and external stakeholders and employ strategy to ensure minimum donor dropout and compliance with World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) standards.
- Oversee daily operations of donor management from initial search request to contacting the donors and obtaining informed consent to final donation.
- Ensure Donor Management’s operation complies with regulations such as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) standards by regularly reviewing policies and procedures.
- Provide analysis reports on donation request and implement action plan to reduce donor drop out
- Manage relationships with partners such as collection centres, international registries, laboratories, and courier services.
- Review vendors like laboratories and courier services to ensure highest standards.
- Conduct annual audit of all collection centres to ensure compliance with WMDA standards.
- Review and ensure compliance to PDPA and IT Security policies and processes
- Develop and manage Donor Management’s budget.
- Motivate, lead and develop donor management’s staff to enable high level of performance in a collaborative working culture.
- Maintain effective communication with Heads of other teams to provide regular updates and work on collaborative projects.

Job Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Biological Sciences/Life Sciences
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Supervisory experience preferred
