Qualifications

• At least 5 years of database administration and management experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Able to handle data preparation and cleaning as well as report generation independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean data in existing database before export into new Gift Management System.
• Import additional donor records not in the database into GMS.
• Establish formatting standards for database fields and ensure consistency of data entries.
• Set up report templates and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Perform data extraction and create compelling visuals for management reporting.
