In developing more accurate cash forecasting and understanding of liquidity needs, the Director and team need to work collaboratively and closely with key internal stakeholders such as the various investment teams, traders, risk management and middle office to ensure funding is provided as and when required while managing overall liquidity optimally.
The team works cross‑functionally in structuring funding and repatriation routes across SPVs, maintaining cash / margin floats effectively and efficiently.
An important part of the role will be to champion, initiate and implement continuous improvement across treasury processes and systems using automation, technology and AI. For example, review whether the current treasury system is fit‑for‑purpose and make recommendations as appropriate, investigate and implement process improvements (e.g. in cash sweeps across SPVs, cash‑flow and margin forecasting and credit limit checks).
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Treasury leadership team.
