  • Develop and execute goals, strategies, and business plans that drive growth and profitability.
  • Own and manage the region’s P&L, including key financial KPIs (revenue, cashflow, receivables, profitability).
  • Build, maintain, and optimize a robust Business Development pipeline to support business objectives.
  • Define and execute sales strategies for assigned markets.
  • Manage the entire sales process—prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and successful delivery of the company’s solutions.
  • Oversee local operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain local talent to support business expansion and team performance.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the company has the necessary resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate overall performance against established goals and KPIs.
