Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Director of Revenue and E-Commerce. The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years’ experience in revenue management within hospitality, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will play a strategic role as part of the team by formulating revenue management strategies, including developing pricing and setting up revenue management systems.

The Director of Revenue and E-Commence will be responsible for maximizing the Resort’s revenue through analyzing market trends, implementation of strategic revenue management strategics, management of room rates, and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive achievement of room rates optimization, yield and conversions targets.
  2. Formulate revenue strategies by monitoring and analyzing occupancy, managing overbookings, tracking promotional offers and other related data points.
  3. Lead revenue meetings, and generate reports and analyses needed for these meetings.
  4. Responsible for managing all third-party distributors to ensure compliance with the Resorts’ standards and rules.
  5. Provide guidance and upskill our Reservations and Front Office on sales and marketing competencies
  6. Prepare and complete regular and ad-hoc reports and take on special projects, including market and business analysis.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or full professional qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
  2. 7 to 10 years’ experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, preferably in a similar capacity and in prime cities in hotels of similar standards.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
