Job description

Overview

• A senior leadership role responsible for driving quality and reliability across high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ensures all products and processes meet internal standards, customer expectations, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Quality & Reliability Management System aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee in-line and end-of-line controls to prevent excursions and yield loss.
• Lead cross-functional root cause investigations and implement CAPA for quality issues.
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, and Operations to embed quality in new product and process ramps.
• Build and mentor a high-performing quality team (QA, QC, Reliability, QMS).
• Manage quality budgets and drive cost-of-quality and inspection efficiency improvements.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and ensure compliance with audits and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 13+ years in semiconductor quality; 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device reliability.
• Expertise in quality tools: SPC, DOE, 8D, FMEA, ISO/IATF standards preferred.
• Proven track record in yield improvement and customer satisfaction.
