• Strictly adhere to nursing standards and protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with other team leaders to promote continuous improvement and compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.
• Review and evaluate budgeting reports, financial statements, and performance metrics.
• Closely monitor staffing and workforce issues.

Qualifications
