Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking with hands-on Digital Channel experience.
• Experience in ERMF including Compliance risk, Financial Crime risk, Responsible AI risk.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework on Responsible AI and Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Support in implementing WRB strategy and execution in Retail Product.
• Drive business Operational Risk governance with Business Heads.
• Ensure timely updates on ERMF/ORF and risk governance.
• Reinforce risk and control culture across processes.
