A defense consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Contract Director to oversee US Navy ship repair contracts across the Indo-Pacific. The role requires 12+ years of government contract management experience, preferably with the DoD or US Navy, and expertise in performance-based contracts. The Contract Director for the Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA) is responsible for the overall administration, management, and oversight of the US Navy's ship repair and maintenance contracts in Singapore and the broader Indo-Pacific region. This role works closely with the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific (COMLOG WESTPAC), and the US Navy's Ship Repair Facility Detachment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in US government contracting and a strong background in managing complex, performance-based service contracts, specifically in the maritime or defense industry.
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
