Lead and manage the finance team
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability
Provide financial advice to senior management and the board
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors
Identify financial risks and opportunities
Strong financial and commercial knowledge
Leadership and people management skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
High attention to detail and analytical skills
