Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers our Bank with an efficient, nimble, scalable standard infrastructure through a strategic focus on Productivity, Quality & Control, Operating Models, Technology and People. In Group Operations, we manage most of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily scanning, retrieving and archiving of documents for Business Units.
  • Ensure that scanned documents are legible, accurate, and appropriately categorized.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the timely processing and availability of scanned documents.
  • Safeguard all unsecure letters offer by maintaining secure physical and/or electronic storage.
  • Ensure that scanned documents are easily accessible and available to authorized personnel when needed.
  • Escalate any concerns or discrepancies to the relevant supervisor.
  • Manage the monthly archiving of bank-related files and documents in an organized manner.
  • Ensure that all documents are filed according to established standards and accessible when required.
  • Assist in retrieving archived files upon request and ensure smooth retrieval processes.
  • Administer the monthly departmental stationery purchase process, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked timely.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Experience in document scanning and archiving processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
