Purpose of the Role
The Digital Solutions/Project Executive supports the IT and Digital Enablement team by providing hands‑on project management and technical assistance. This role is crucial for executing key digital initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise systems, allowing the company to scale faster.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & System Support:
- Assist in the implementation and day‑to‑day management of enterprise software systems.
- Work with various teams to ensure system integration and functionality, providing first‑level support as needed.
2. Data & Reporting Assistance:
- Support the team in gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the maintenance of data dashboards and reports to provide reliable information for business decisions.
3. Automation & Tools Execution:
- Execute plans for process automation by implementing and configuring new tools and applications.
- Assist in the management of the digital tool lifecycle, from user testing to user adoption and training.
4. Cybersecurity & Governance Support:
- Help implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Assist in maintaining IT governance documentation and compliance records.
5. Digital Initiative Participation:
- Actively participate in the execution of digital transformation projects and technology initiatives.
- Support the rollout of new tech and assist in promoting a digital‑first culture across the company.
6. PMO Administration:
- Assist in enforcing Project Management Office (PMO) governance standards, including maintaining project documentation and reporting.
- Support the project team to ensure digital initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, digital project coordination, business analysis, or enterprise system administration.
- Practical experience assisting with enterprise software systems (implementation, management, first‑level support, integration) and process automation execution (tool configuration).
- Foundational ability in data gathering, cleaning, and preparation. Experience assisting with data dashboards and reliable business reporting.
- Proven ability to support and maintain Project Management Office (PMO) governance, including project documentation, tracking dashboards, and ensuring completion of digital initiatives on time/in scope.
- Awareness of cybersecurity policies and IT governance documentation; ability to assist in their implementation and monitoring.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and support for the full digital tool lifecycle (user testing, training, adoption).
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Medical device or regulated industry background is a plus.
