About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for connecting with SMEs, qualifying leads, and meeting clients in person to present our digital solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys both phone and face-to-face interactions and wants to make a real impact in the growth of SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs and readiness to ensure high-quality opportunities for follow-up.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and attend in-person meetings to showcase Websentials’ digital solutions.
  • Close Deals: Take ownership of the sales process, confidently handling objections and negotiations to secure agreements.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately record all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
