The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving growth through online paid and organic channels, optimising campaigns, analysing data, and scaling high-performing strategies. You will focus on SEO and performance marketing, leveraging paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, and other platforms while implementing SEO strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am to 7pm)
Key responsibilities
- Plan execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta ads, Tiktok ads, and other display networks
- Set up, monitor, and optimise paid search and social campaigns to maximise performance
- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused creative assets
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Use tools like Google/Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other attribution platforms to track performance
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating spend across channels to maximise ROI
- Analyse campaign data regularly to identify trends and create performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Present campaign performance and strategies to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for scaling successful campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
- Perform keyword research, SEO audits, and site optimisations to enhance visibility and lead generation
- Develop SEO-optimised blog posts and content pages
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance and stay updated on search engine algorithm updates
- Conduct research on market trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to refine campaign strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing; prior experience in the EdTech/Education industry or agency experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok Ads
- Strong understanding of SEM, SEO and social media strategies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Good understanding of the Singapore education landscape is required
- Strong command of written English
