About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, drive campaign success, and play a strategic role in growing our client portfolio. This role blends the art of relationship-building with the science of digital marketing — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and measurable results. Your goal: retain, grow, and delight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong retention and year-over-year revenue growth
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, owning the communication and relationship strategy
  • Participate in campaign briefing sessions and guide clients with strategic recommendations aligned to their brand and business goals
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance campaign performance
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution and client communications, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to deliver seamless, high-quality service
  • Provide actionable insights through campaign performance reports and data-driven recommendations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continually add value to client conversations
What We\'re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related field
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving client growth and retention targets
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Passion for digital media, marketing strategy, and performance-driven campaigns
  • Working knowledge of key digital platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads Certification (a plus)
  • Previous agency experience and familiarity with fast-paced client servicing environments preferred
  • A collaborative spirit and desire to share knowledge within the team
